Diagnosis
Many people come for a consultation because they are concerned about bags under their eyes. Dark circles under the eyes, puffiness and sagging skin are all regarded as ‘bags’. There are also cases in which people occasionally have bags under their eyes. If bags under your eyes sometimes disappear, they are probably caused by a buildup of fluid. If there is no sign of sagging skin, or if you only have dark circles under your eyes, a surgical procedure is unlikely to be the solution. If you are not sure, the plastic surgeon can explain this to you during the consultation. There may be an alternative treatment that is suitable for you.

He or she will inquire about your health, medical history and medicine use. The plastic surgeon will also ask what you want to achieve and what you expect. He or she can then tell you if the procedure is likely to meet your expectations.
